Weight loss expectation

Weight loss on the HCG diet varies depending on your sex and metabolism. It is possible for dieters to lose around 0.5- 2 pounds a day or 20-25 pounds on the 26 days protocol.

  • Men generally lose weight more quickly than women because of higher metabolism and larger muscle mass.
  • The average weight loss for women ranges from 20 to 30 pounds on the 46 days protocol. For men, it can be substantially more.
  • If you’re on medication, you are likely to lose half of the weight only compared when you are not on medication.
  • Women on menstruation, on the other hand, can have unusual weight loss pattern.
