100 grams of sliced beef
Cabbage thinly sliced
2 tablespoon of Braggs Liquid Aminos
½ cup beef broth or water
1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of orange
¼ teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons of orange juice
2 cloves of crushed or minced garlic
- Combined all spices on liquid ingredients.
- Add sliced beef to the liquid ingredients, then stir-fry in a frying pan or wok on high heat.
- Add cabbage. Add additional water to keep the dish from burning.
- Stir fry with additional veggies like zucchini or bell pepper for phase 3. You can also add sesame oil, coconut oil, peanut, soy sauce, or chili for additional flavor. Do this only if you are in phase 3.
