100 grams of chicken breast, skin remove
2 cups of sauerkraut
2 tablespoons of Dion mustard
½ teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
In a small bowl, mix all the spices. Use the spices to season both sides of chicken breast.
Sear chicken breast for 1 to 2 minutes on each side in a large skillet.
Add chicken broth, sauerkraut, and Dijon mustard into the pan and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley then serve.
