Breakfast Cups for Phase 3 of The HCG Diet

HCG Injections


8 eggs

A handful of spinach, cut into smaller pieces

1 cup shredded cheese

8 to 10 slices of bacon

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of hot sauce

Salt and pepper to taste




  1. Preheat oven to 350 .
  2. In a small pan, cook and crumble bacon pieces then set aside. The eggs, hot sauce, Dijon mustard in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a cupcake tin. Spoon the egg mixture into each cupcake tin filling within ¼ inch from the top.
  4. Divide spinach, cooked bacon pieces, and cheese for the 12 cups. Add them into each cup. Stir the cup with a fork to make sure the filling is coated with egg mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until edges starts to pull away.
