100 grams chicken breast
3 Basil leaves chopped
1 cup spinach leaves
1 vine-ripened chopped tomato
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
- Season chicken breast with Italian seasoning, onion, and garlic powder.
- Grill chicken until well done then let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine basil, garlic, and tomato in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Arrange spinach leaves on a plate. Place the grilled chicken breast on top of the spinach then top with Bruschetta tomato mixture.
