100 grams of asparagus
¼ teaspoon of oregano
½ teaspoon of parsley
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 .
- Wash asparagus and remove the woody end.
- Place the asparagus on aluminum foil.
- Season with parsley, oregano, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- Wrap all ends of the aluminum foil then roast for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
