Being Blown Away with HCG Diet Results

To say I am blown away with my results is an understatement.

My experience in the fitness industry spans over twenty years, so I’ve encountered a lot of them. There are so many diets out there, and I must admit that I’ve tried many of them myself. Yes, on some of these diets I did lose some weight but like virtually every other person put that weight back on plus more. It had crept on to me over the years, but being tall, I was able to carry it. I had to start wearing my shirts over skirts and blouses when my clothes were getting too tight. After that, I didn’t have anything to wear. My weight had increased by 7 kilos, and I was shocked at how I had even allowed that to happen. 7 kilos may not seem like a big deal to some of you. For me, it was a big deal because I had no intention of buying a new wardrobe. As a result of my big tummy and midriff, the tops of my legs would rub together when I ran. I am a runner, and I am certified in health and fitness, but a bad diet can’t be outrun. The kilo creep had finally caught up with me.

After a few months of struggling with the thought of gaining weight, I was introduced to HCG by my good friend. I did the research and HCG just made sense. Plus, as this was natural I figured I’d give it a go. Starting with losing 3.1 kilos. I did not feel hungry at all! Found the eating plan so easy to follow, I just need to be organized. I had to cut my exercise right back which my friend had recommended.

My daughter’s birthday dinner was at a restaurant, but I was determined. I ordered the smallest steak on the menu, a 200-gram rump. I ate only half the steak and put all the chips on my nephew’s plate immediately after. After that, I ate nothing else and did not eat the birthday cake.

On day 23 of the HCG diet, I stood on those scales and I was 7 kilos lighter. My clothes are perfectly fitted and tucked in beautifully. It’s the best part was that I felt so well. I hadn’t realized how that extra weight had been weighing me down health-wise. I started the maintenance phase slowly adding different foods back into my eating plan and reintroducing my exercise plan. It has now been 7 months since starting my HCG journey and my weight has not changed. So, if you are in your fifties, sixties, or beyond don’t listen to those that say you gain weight as you age. I am proof that you can lose those extra kilos and it is the deep fat that goes first. The unhealthy fat that sits around your organs.

I will say it again – I am blown away with my results.
