Before starting the HCG diet program, I weighed 340 pounds and had a regular blood pressure of 170 or 180 over 110. I was also on medication to manage my blood pressure. Since then, I have lost almost 100 pounds. My weight now stays between 250 and 260 pounds. Besides changing my body, the HCG diet plan also changed my mindset about food. In realizing how much I was eating every day, and when and what I was eating, I changed my eating habits. I stopped snacking throughout the day after completing the diet program.
