Being awesome at 30’s

Being a 30-year-old single woman, lots of things I’m free to do – going out, going on a vacation, overtime work, and eating. With these things that I’m free to do, I don’t pay attention to my shape, though I go to the gym twice a week. That’s not a priority because I’m a happy-go-lucky person, but weighing 93kgs.

Just recently I was on a vacation, I was when visiting a friend, seeing her shape and the transformation she made. I’ve known her for so long and she’s like me, a happy-go-lucky person. Just two years ago I saw her post on one of her social media accounts about what she’s been through, which is being overweight. The result I saw in person was drastically amazing! I was lucky she was caring enough to share the secret of her success with me and as I do – I did lots of research. It got me thinking – I can do this, I can get back to the size I was years ago when I’m still conscious of my shape. After many years of doing what I want, my body and my weight have slowly crept higher and higher. It’s taken over 4 years for me to get into the correct headspace to change my eating focus. I decided now was the time.

I have been following the plan for 5 weeks now, at times my weight loss has been slow and I’ve had a couple of plateaus but sticking to the plan has paid off for me. I feel so much better in myself and have lots more energy. I’ve found it easy to do things and portion my meat and freeze the excess portions.

Food choices are very easy to follow and prepare. No challenges with what to buy for lunch because I packed my meals every day to follow the diet protocol. I also wanted to share that I have had a pair of jeans I’ve been trying to get into for about three years and when trying them on on the weekend I had to find a belt – they were loose and it’s awesome. For that, I can tell that the HCG diet is working for me.

To date, I have lost just over 11kgs. I still have another 12kgs to get to where I’d like – looks like that will be on my second course.

After seeing my success, my sister-in-law and another friend joined the suit. A work colleague has been enquiring about how I’ve achieved my results so I’ve forwarded the website link to her – I find that exciting. Thanks to Dr. Simeons and the HCG Injections.
