My weight began to become an issue later in life. As a child, I was an athlete and naturally had a healthy weight. College did not come with any restrictions, and I ate whatever I wanted. I started to gain weight. I gained weight steadily for the next decade of my life until everything reached a peak in 2016. I was injured while performing my duty as a peace officer during a disturbance. After having back surgery, I was informed I would not be able to return to my position as a peace officer. During most of that year, I was depressed; I was unable to exercise, play sports, or return to my job. So I did what I knew best: I ate. A lot.

The day before my birthday in 2018, I decided that if I wanted to live a happy life, I needed to make a drastic change. My aunt looked amazing after losing fifty pounds. I was astonished. She informed me that she used the HCG Diet Plan and had kept the weight off. I decided that was it! Changing my life and losing this decade’s worth of fat was my plan. I was 235 pounds when I started HCG. When I first realized how out of control things were, I thought, “How could I have let it get that way?”

As soon as I started the diet, I felt better about myself. The feeling of renewed confidence, as well as the feeling of control over my goals, returned to me. Others thought I was crazy. I was told that I wouldn’t succeed, that I would lose it all plus more. That negativity only helped motivate me. After two 40 day rounds, I lost a total of 70 pounds.

I have referred 20 of my close friends and acquaintances so far with life-changing results for each. Even a perfect stranger was inspired by my weight loss and has also lost over 70 pounds on the HCG diet.

The HCG diet is a very low-fat and low-calorie diet. It goes hand-in-hand with HCG Therapy. It is a restrictive diet, which means you must restrict how many calories you eat every day and monitor the food eaten.

When you want to lose weight, you should lessen the number of calories in the body each day. There are only two ways to cut calories: exercise and the restriction of food. Most HCG dieters limit their caloric intake to 500 calories per day and only eat foods approved by the diet.
