At a very young age, my weight has always been something I struggled with. I started gaining abnormal weight at around the age of 7 and I have been overweight ever since. At 14, I lost a significant amount of weight but I was unable to keep it off. By the time I was 21, my eating habits had spiraled out of control and I’d hit 240lbs. At that time, my body felt terrible. I had no energy and endurance for physical activity. I was also suffering from sleep apnea because of my weight.

In the year 2015, I decided to take control of my life. I heard about this program that helped my Aunt. She had this tremendous success through the diet program that she tried. My Aunt encouraged me to check into it. I’ve researched about this diet program and I found out that it was about HCG Diet Program. My aunt was knowledgeable enough and helped me with the subject of weight loss. Through reading about the HCG Diet I learned some of what caused me to gain so much weight as a young child and I also learned why I wasn’t able to keep off the weight I had. Learning how to plan a balanced diet meal and return to normal eating without suffering setbacks and weight gain was extremely helpful.

I started the HCG diet program in the same year, 2015, with 238lbs. After being on the diet program for 3 months, I weigh 166 and I feel amazing. I have more energy than I have had since I can remember. I can now run with my dogs for long periods of not being able to run with them. The best of all is that I like what I see in the mirror now. I do not doubt that the success I had from the HCG diet program prevented me from a lifetime and ill health, and premature death from obesity. After having the HCG diet program, I’ve lost overall 75lbs, and I am still strictly following a healthy balanced diet to keep my weight on guard to remain healthy as I want.

To another individual there who struggles or doesn’t have any idea on what to take to reduce weight and be healthy, I recommend using HCG as it helped me a lot. Here’s some information about the HCG:
