The second phase of the HCG diet is also known as the heart of the weight loss program. The basics of the HCG diet are to eat low-calorie foods along with daily HCG shots for maximum weight loss. To avoid deprivation, prepare filling meals that can suppress your appetite and boost your metabolic rate.
- 100 grams of lean ground beef (Protein-rich)
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons minced dried onion
- 2 minced and crushed garlic cloves
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- A pinch of oregano powder
- Salt, pepper, or Cayenne pepper to taste
- Wash and prepare the lean ground beef
- Saute the meat in a small frypan along with garlic and onion.
- When the meat turns golden brown, add tomatoes and water then stir.
- Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced. Let it cook for 5 minutes to make the meat tender and flavorful.
- Add a little water as needed to prevent burning.
- Serve with chopped green onion or tomato garnish and salt and pepper to taste.
