Under the HCG Diet plan, you are allowed to have 100 grams of protein choices, as mentioned above, for lunch or dinner. All fats must be trimmed away and weigh raw. Now, there’s no reason why you must choose only one protein option per day. Instead of traditional meat choices per meal, you can combine your protein options. The combinations are endless and each meal can leave you full and satisfied.

You can also have one low calorie fruit and veggie for lunch or dinner. As for the carb option, you can have one piece of Melba Toast or Grissini stick per meal. Like any other diets you are not allowed to eat foods with added sugars like cakes, cookies, ice cream, and chocolates. This plan also doesn’t allow for carb-rich foods like pasta, bagel, donuts, and muffins.
